Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Socks are required for entry.

Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and admission guidelines to avoid accidents.

Only for children aged 12 and under. Entry requires verification of on-site ticket purchase.

For safety reasons, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent (guardian must be 20 years or older) upon entry. Please do not let children out of your sight (Article 51, Chapter 4 of the Child Welfare Act), and assume full responsibility for their care. Our company does not provide childcare services.

Before entering, please remove any sharp or fragile objects (e.g., glasses, hairpins, brooches, earrings) from children to avoid injury or loss.

Parents, please ensure that children entering the play area are wearing diapers. Please remove shoes, wear socks, and sanitize hands before entering.

Parents and children should jointly maintain the cleanliness of the venue. A cleaning fee of NT$1000 will be charged if a child urinates, defecates, vomits, or otherwise soils the facilities.

Our company provides the venue only. Please maintain order, respect one another, and share resources. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained as a result of failure to comply with the operating instructions for each piece of play equipment.

Toys and facilities are for indoor use only. Please return them to their original location after use. Please do not take them outside of the premises. You will be responsible for compensation for any damage caused, including repair costs based on the original price.

Please bring your own towel to wipe away sweat or an extra set of clothes to change into. We recommend wearing long pants and socks with good grip. If children's pants are too short or they are wearing skirts, and there are safety concerns, staff reserves the right to prohibit children from using the slide or other facilities.

Please do not bring food, beverages, pets, or dangerous items into the venue. Eating, drinking, chewing betel nuts, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Please take care of your personal belongings. Our company is not responsible for the safekeeping of, or compensation for, any lost or stolen items.

Do not enter if you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), infectious disease, or a special medical condition such as heart disease or epilepsy.

If a child appears unwell, please notify a staff member.

The company reserves the right to modify the content. For complete information regarding fees and opening hours, please refer to on-site announcements.

The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

Please present your voucher to redeem physical tickets.
