Chiikawa Bakery Exploration with Shopping Ticket

An absolutely adorable stop if you're a Chiikawa fan, and also like bread! It's a small store that also doesn't have seating/eating area, but it has a selection of cute breads and drinks, as well as a lot of adorable merchandise and packaging. The entire shop is themed like a bakery. Having the pre-purchased ticket helped a lot in lining up and getting into the store. It was very organized on the staff side, but please note there aren't a large number of staff to assist so it will still take some time to browse and purchase, especially if you are planning on buying the dessert breads.

i didnt expect to be this smooth! we arrive exactly at 11am and we got in queue right away. the wait isnt long at all and we got to enter, choose our bread and take photos! everything are so so cutee and yup you will get 1000¥ free during your payment from this purchase, and you will get cute freebies! i never been satisfied being a klook user! im a happy chiikawas fans🥰(be sure to study what you want to buy if u cant speak japanese. they dont provide english menu) experience: smooth

The bakery was so pretty with a lot of chiikawa characters you can look at! The breads and drinks were also quite good and the staff were very efficient with taking your orders and ringing you in at the cashier. They were all friendly and lively so it was a joy to visit. There was also a variety of exclusive chiikawa bakery merchandise present and I was ecstatic to get a plate and some of the bread themed merch! There was so many great items that it was difficult to choose which one to get~! My only thing is, maybe it would have been better to have a small eating area (even standing area with small tables) that can be included/accessed using the reservation ticket. We visited when it was raining, and because you are forced to take out all breads and drinks, it was very hard for us to find places where we can enjoy them. All the restaurants in the area does not allow outside food and drinks (rightfully so), and we can't enjoy them in a nearby park because of the rain.

Really fun experience at the Chiikawa Bakery! Just remember to not that the lift directly to the Bakery, the department store does not operate so early, hence access to the Bakery can only be entered via the main entrance with escalators where Chiikawa Bakery staff will guide you to form a queue neatly.

If you are a huge fan of chiikawa I highly recommend this place to check out! Just keep in mind when you go inside the bakery, YOU NEED to purchase something from the bakery to buy other merchandise inside. Ramen was good, baked bread was OK depending on what you order, and the drinks were not too worth the money. Definitely a place to only go once to see and if there are seasonal specials, otherwise I am good with the one time!

The entire bakery's decor and setup clearly show a deep love for the Chiikawa series, something even a casual fan like me could feel. Adorable in every way. The coffee isn't bad at all, as one might expect from a themed event. The cupcakes are super good, and all the merchandise is adorable; be prepared to spend a lot.

Highly recommend going here if you're a big fan of chikawa and pastry! Our schedule was on Sunday at 17:30 there was not a lot of people, which made going around the venue easier. The merchandise were all so cute, but in order to buy them you will need to purchase pastry first. you can use your klook shopping ticket of 1000 yen to purchase the bread and the rest will be added to your merchandise purchase. the venue is a bit small, so I would suggest choosing wisely when it comes to the schedule but besides that everything was amazing and so cute!

Very cute, my daughter enjoyed the experience. I just wish there was somewhere to sit to enjoy the food afterwards. Bakery items tasted good.
