i didnt expect to be this smooth! we arrive exactly at 11am and we got in queue right away. the wait isnt long at all and we got to enter, choose our bread and take photos! everything are so so cutee and yup you will get 1000¥ free during your payment from this purchase, and you will get cute freebies! i never been satisfied being a klook user! im a happy chiikawas fans🥰(be sure to study what you want to buy if u cant speak japanese. they dont provide english menu) experience: smooth

All the popular merchandise in one go! I finally got my dream milk bottle cup and T-shirt. This time, I successfully booked the super popular Chiikawa Bakery through Klook, and the on-site experience was truly wonderful! As a fan, I finally got my hands on the long-desired milk bottle cup and the super cute T-shirt. The actual products are incredibly exquisite, and I'm so touched. Even more surprising, I also stumbled upon the latest products that had just been released. There was a rich variety, making it a great shopping experience, and it completely satisfied my desire to collect new merchandise. The bread in the store was adorable and highly detailed, and the staff quickly verified tickets, ensuring a smooth flow. Although it's a popular spot that's extremely difficult to book, being able to successfully make a reservation through Klook and purchase all the limited-edition items I wanted was truly worthwhile. I highly recommend it to all Chiikawa fans!

The Bakery is absolutely adorable! The entire place is designed with so much charm and attention to detail that you can’t help but smile the moment you walk in. The décor is bright, cute, and full of playful Chiikawa touches that make the atmosphere incredibly inviting. It’s the kind of spot that feels delightful not just for fans of Chiikawa, but for anyone who appreciates a cute and whimsically designed space. Just make sure to arrive before your scheduled time, especially on weekends.

If you are a huge fan of chiikawa I highly recommend this place to check out! Just keep in mind when you go inside the bakery, YOU NEED to purchase something from the bakery to buy other merchandise inside. Ramen was good, baked bread was OK depending on what you order, and the drinks were not too worth the money. Definitely a place to only go once to see and if there are seasonal specials, otherwise I am good with the one time!

Highly recommend going here if you're a big fan of chikawa and pastry! Our schedule was on Sunday at 17:30 there was not a lot of people, which made going around the venue easier. The merchandise were all so cute, but in order to buy them you will need to purchase pastry first. you can use your klook shopping ticket of 1000 yen to purchase the bread and the rest will be added to your merchandise purchase. the venue is a bit small, so I would suggest choosing wisely when it comes to the schedule but besides that everything was amazing and so cute!

Very cute, my daughter enjoyed the experience. I just wish there was somewhere to sit to enjoy the food afterwards. Bakery items tasted good.

Making a reservation guarantees entry and includes a shopping voucher that can be used to purchase bread and merchandise in the store. Facilities: Please note that there is no dine-in service available. You can take your order to go and enjoy it at your hotel, or use the communal tables and chairs in the rooftop garden on the 6th floor of the same Tokyu Plaza building.

The store features exclusive illustration decorations and photo spots, offering Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi-themed breads and desserts. Reservations are recommended at least 1 month in advance via the official website or KLOOK platform. You must arrive 15 minutes early and strictly adhere to your reservation time slot. Companions without tickets will not be admitted.

The bakery has beautiful decor, and in addition to delicate and cute bread, there are other Chiikawa merchandise available for purchase. The only downside is that the store does not offer seating for customers to rest and enjoy their bread 🥖.

From Harajuku Station, walk straight down the main street for about ten minutes. You'll see an escalator that takes you directly to the third floor. At the entrance, a staff member will count the number of people and let everyone in together. If you're with someone but want to pay separately, tell the staff, and they'll give you two small cards and stickers. Once inside, you first choose your bread and drinks, and then you can browse the merchandise. After paying, you can pick up your bread, which comes in adorable packaging! There's also an area outside where you can buy merchandise without entering.
