• Children aged 1.0-2 years are free of charge and do not occupy a seat, but their participation is not recommended. If participation is required, please inform us by email in advance. If not informed in advance and seats are insufficient, the driver has the right to refuse carriage. Thank you for your cooperation. Children under 2 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket and requires a note. Children over 2 years old are the same price as adults. Additionally, seniors aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are healthy and fit for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women. If you conceal your condition and register, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
2. This itinerary is a fixed carpooling route. Customers participating in this itinerary must adhere to the designated停留时间 (stay times) at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next meeting point on your own.
3. Please note that no fees will be refunded to those who do not participate in or interrupt the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. If you leave the group on your own during the itinerary, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
4. If you need to carry large luggage, please inform us when making your reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be solely responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that if the interior of the vehicle is stained, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd flow on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. In case of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the sightseeing time shortened/attractions reduced. We ask for your understanding. However, this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund or leave a negative review.
6. Vehicle model and guide arrangements: Vehicles and guides will be arranged according to the number of people. If the number of people is less than 12, we will use small vehicles with fewer than 14 seats, equipped only with a driver, and no guide service will be provided. If the number of people exceeds 12, we will arrange one driver and one guide. Please be aware that this product is a shared ride service, and you will be traveling with other guests.
7. The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local characteristic catering, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. There is no forced consumption.
8. Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, or Japanese holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary.
9. The daytime tour itinerary does not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance. Please purchase these yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports all carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health condition and ability. Our company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding.
10. We will send you guide and meeting information via email between 15:00-19:00 on the day before your trip. Please check your email! Sometimes emails may be mistakenly identified as spam, so please check your spam folder. Thank you.
11. For friends using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions, the tour guide cannot directly add you as a friend via your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, after receiving the email, please actively click on the tour guide's QR code to add the tour guide's LINE, so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you.
12. Due to the varying scenery across the four seasons, the website images are reference renderings of the best viewing season for the attraction. The actual scenery is subject to the day of visit, and the images are for reference only. PS: The cherry blossom season and maple leaf season are estimated references. Floral vegetation is affected by natural climate and will bloom gradually in batches. Please refer to the actual on-site conditions for the duration of blooming and wilting. Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
