For Bike / Scooter / Segway
- Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
For Food / Drink Tours
- The legal drinking age in Italy is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

- Please note that the height of each participant must be communicated to the operator
- Before departure, a brief test ride will be conducted to ensure participants are comfortable and ready to enjoy the route with ease
- Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is important to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill
- All participants must follow the guide's instructions and obey traffic regulations. The operator will not be responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules
- Participants may request a standard bike instead of an electric bike
- Important Rental Information: Third-party civil liability insurance is included in the tour price. To cover potential vehicle damage, clients are required to choose one of the following two options before departure: purchase an additional insurance for €20.00 per vehicle (non-refundable) or sign for a €200.00 security deposit hold on their credit card, which will be fully released/refunded at the end of the tour provided there is no damage to the vehicle. Cash payments are not accepted.
