Arrived at 4:30 PM to pick up tickets and were told it would be 50 minutes. They said they'd call when it was our turn. We waited until 6:20 PM and still hadn't received a call. When we went back to inquire, they said we'd have to wait at least another half hour. For an 8-minute game, the staff kept making excuses and letting other people cut in line. It's a huge waste of time if you're traveling. We ended up leaving without playing. The shop's queue management is completely unreasonable and a waste of time. 😤😤😤😤😤
