Start with a tasting. Learn about for types of Kimchi: Napa cabbage Kimchi, Baek Kimchi (White Kimchi), Radish Kimchi, and Ripened Kimchi.
The host, a former wine bar owner and sommelier, will personally explain the dishes to you.
Take some time to cook. Decide which dish you'd like to make: Kimchi pancakes, Baek Kimchi noodles, or Radish-bacon fired rice.
The dishes may vary slightly depending on the number of participants. The host's special dish, ripened Kimchi and braised pork belly will be prepared in advance by the host and served, as it can be difficult and time-consuming for beginners to cook.
Share all the dishes that the participants have made, and enjoy the ripened Kimchi and braised pork belly while savoring the wine pairings carefully selected by the sommelier.

- Punctuality is a must! Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time!
- Only adults aged 18 years and over are allowed to participate.
