The bus very clean, modern and comfy with pillow, blanket, a bottle of water given inside your area. I took the top and got headache, a little bit unstable if you are on top. overall we got to stop 3 times for toilet break and the toilets are all clean but there's 2 stop that you need to pay. transport included: pick up from hotel/from designated area price: affordable

Bus pickup from hotel is punctual, tickets check-in is smooth. cabin is clean and well with facilities, only downside is can't adjust my bed incline. Overall good experience, not suitable for people with motion sickness bus will make turns which will cause big motions.

easy to book. pickup was great from Halong Bay International Port where we disembarked earlier in the day and then went to Sapa. They messaged me quickly to confirm the booking and asked to change us to the upper cabins, which was fine by us and got a 100k VND refund since the upper cabins are cheaper. The seats are comfortable and I even enjoyed the massage function in the chairs. Took a nap and watched some BTS to kill some time. since it was comeback day! 💜 There is also a USB port to charge your phone so it was easy to pass the time. We arrived late in Sapa, but it was overall a safe and comfortable trip!

We departed early from Korea, toured Hanoi, and then took a sleeping bus to Sapa at 10:30 PM. Included transportation: We recommend taking it from the airport if possible. If you go from Hanoi HK to the airport, it adds an extra hour of travel time. Seat reservation process: We recommend seats on the first floor. The second floor can cause severe motion sickness (especially on the way from Lao Cai to Sapa).

Excellent driver, good organization, and the buses are very comfortable! You get a blanket, two pillows, water, and the seat even has a massage function! Everything's perfect.

This sleeper bus from Sapa to Ha Long was such a cool experience! The small sleeping cabins were surprisingly comfortable and made the long journey much more enjoyable. Everything was also very well organized—the pickup from our hotel in Sapa and the drop-off at the marina in Ha Long were both seamless and stress-free. Overall, a fun and convenient way to travel between the two destinations.

The driver will inform you of the Ha Long pick-up location on WhatsApp that morning, which may differ from the announced location. If it's inconvenient, you can inform the driver. We were going to Sapa after finishing a two-day, one-night cruise, so I suggest arranging the pick-up at the Ha Long Bay cruise office or bus station. There are 15-minute rest stops, about 2? 3? 4? times in total. Remember to prepare 3000 VND to use the restroom, and I suggest bringing toilet paper as some rest stops don't have any, or they only provide one sheet. The mountain roads in Sapa are very winding, so if you get motion sickness, it's best to take motion sickness medicine before getting on the bus. I actually slept quite comfortably during the whole trip, but the air conditioning is very strong, and even though a blanket is provided, it's still very cold. If you're sensitive to the cold, remember to bring a jacket.

It was a nice experience riding on this bus. It was super clean. Halong to Sapa takes approximately about 8 hrs. which I did not notice since I was asleep during the entire trip. I Will definitely book again when we visit again Vietnam.

The beds inside were very clean, and the driver picked us up from the hotel and took us to the bus station. After a good night's sleep, we arrived in Ha Long Bay, and the driver also drove us to our hotel in Ha Long Bay. I think this experience is very convenient for independent travelers.
