The car arrived on time, but we had to wait for the other people to bury it together and finally wait for it to fall. Only our family took a car to the hotel! The driver drove safely and politely. The disembarkation was very tired. Let's go to eat immediately!
Although I waited at the airport for a while, because I ordered 4 cars, they all arrived separately. The car is not new, the driver is kind and polite, and the overall experience is good.
The driver picked up the car on time and had a good service attitude. When I booked the car, I was afraid that we would not be able to catch the plane because the pick up time was too short. I also sent a letter reminding me to change the time.
found my name on a signboard on the floor right outside gate 11. was told to wait about ~10min for the van. driver brought us where we needed to be. service is good and fuss-free. just a little bit bummed that we were told to pay 200baht extra cause our accommodation was 700m walk away from Old City. this was communicated to us only one day before the trip. all in all, everything's still good. klook is still trustworthy and reliable. would book with them again
Chiang Mai is a wonderful place that is worth visiting. It is a city with both historical and modernised architecture to see! You can enjoy both cheap and expensive food up to your own choice. What a relaxing trip!
on holiday with on laws so having transport from the airport to the Old City was a great plus. Cost and ease with both great.
At the gate 11 of the hall, you will see a person holding a Klook sign waiting, and then call the vehicle to tell them to come. Wait for the driver for about 10 minutes. Our group of 4 people is very comfortable in the cart and takes us directly to the hotel, convenient and fast
It is superb! The driver was friendly and he helped us with our luggage. Although he could not speak English, he still made sure we understood how long the journey would take to the airport. He also came on time and it was very convenient for us.
The driver was very punctual. However, it was quite hard to find the designated place. The travel time from Chiangmai Airport to our hotel was swift and it only took 15 minutes. So, it is recommended to plan your time from the city to the airport. (no need to go so early since it is very near!)
