Reviews
It was a perfect tour. Before meeting the elephants, we were given explanations about elephant language and food, and the staff was very interesting and fun to listen to. We walked with the elephants, took photos with the elephants holding us, kissed our cheeks, and hugged us, which was very satisfying. They let us wear oversized clothes to prevent our clothes from getting dirty. The elephants go into the river to bathe, but the fountain from the elephant's trunk may get your hair and pants wet. It's okay as long as you're far away. At the end, the photos we took with the elephants are sold in frames made from poop paper. I think it was about 600 yen. We were the only ones on the zip line, so we were able to enjoy it smoothly. The staff took my phone and took good photos and videos. At the end, they gave us water. We had some time left, so we went to the long-neck village right next to it, as they told us it was there. It felt like an ordinary small village with no name on the map. We were planning to go to the long-neck village of Karen the next day, so we thought about buying souvenirs here too, but we thought it would help supplement their food, so we took photos with them and bought souvenirs before going home. I was very satisfied, so I recommend it.
The elephant santuary was not that bad compare to the other reviews, the trekking was fun and no one was harming the elephants. My husband and I favorite part was the ziplining in the jungle forest, it took us more than an hour but it was the most exciting coolest thing we have ever done in our entire trip to Thailand. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.
In the morning, I took pictures with the elephants, fed them, played in the water, etc. It was a very good experience. After lunch, I set off for the zip line. It was very exciting and fun!
Awesome experience! Will recommend friends to participate next time, and will definitely come again
it was nice to see the elephants and play the zip line. BUT the transfer was bad for the elephant leg of the trip. reported time is 8-8.30am but operator did not reach out and didn’t respond to my WhatsApp msg. after I emailed, gave details of car plate but was completely wrong. luckily driver approached me. otherwise I’d be left behind. then got one group which we had to wait beyond the reported time of 8.30am. driver didn’t tell us why we kept waiting. that family also had no remorse for keeping us waiting. driver even asked me to switch seat to accommodate even though the family was so late. because of their lateness, the driver had to drive so fast, which caused motion sickness. then the boy of the family vomited in the bus!! really disturbing because the bus smelled of vomit. the operator should be fair to other passengers who arrived on time and have a cut off time for latecomers who clearly don’t have any regard of time
Great value. Professional driver picked up in high end SUV drove out to the elephant park waited for us then drove us all the way towards Chang Rai to the zip line adventure and back to our hotel. Elephant park involve Chinese tourists but really not a problem at all very well done enjoyed and got great photos the dragon zip line adventure was crazy good value 59 stations really friendly guides I highly recommend this tour
It is a tour with Chines speaking guide, which makes easier for my family. We had a enjoyable and relaxing time. It doesn’t involve a lot walking so it is good for people like us.
The overall activity is full marks, exciting and interesting, the boss lady is talkative, but the facilities feel that they need some maintenance, and some stairs are no longer fixed.
It's fun and the elephants are cute. Lunch is very ordinary fried rice with tomato sauce. The speed of the zip line is not very fast, but it is enough~ But there is no dinner
The elephant 🐘 camp is really great, and the English group also speaks simple and easy to understand. The elephants are very close to each other on foot and bathing with elephants. The elephants are gentle and cute, and the zip line is very interesting. The whole day's trip is great
