Booking convenience with Klook: No different from a scam. On Xiaohongshu, everyone says they don't allow refunds, and what's outrageous is they scan your ticket without your consent.
Service: Customer service only gives canned responses, truly laughable 😜
Facilities: They spam ads, placing them in irrelevant places like Google Maps to induce spending.
