• Special note: This tour does not include an English-speaking guide. Foreign guests who do not speak Chinese should participate in the activity with a Chinese-speaking companion.
• For safety reasons: minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler; seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-60 years old.
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
• The staff will confirm your departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a shared transfer service, there may be some waiting time, so please understand! The meeting point may be adjusted, and during holidays, the pick-up time may be earlier to avoid congestion.
• Kind reminder: This product does not include highway tolls. On the second day of the itinerary, we will return from Shangri-La to Lijiang. If you wish to take the highway back (which can save about 1.5 hours), with the consent of all passengers in the vehicle, the group members can share the highway tolls to take the highway back, costing about 20 yuan per person. If even one passenger disagrees, we will follow the original itinerary and return to Lijiang via the national highway. Please communicate and negotiate with the driver in advance!
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
• Tourists should truthfully inform our company of personal health information related to tourism activities. Any damage caused by concealment will be at their own risk.
• In the following cases, due to limitations in service capacity, we are unable to receive patients: (1) Patients with infectious diseases, such as infectious hepatitis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, typhoid fever, and other infectious diseases; (2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as severe hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, and other conditions; (3) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, and other conditions; (4) Patients with respiratory system diseases, such as emphysema, cor pulmonale, and other conditions; (5) Patients with mental illnesses, such as epilepsy and various mental disorders; (6) Patients with severe anemia, such as those with hemoglobin levels below 50 grams/liter; (7) Patients in the recovery period after major or medium-sized surgeries; (8) Pregnant women and individuals with mobility impairments.
• Most trips in Yunnan involve long drives and relatively early departures. Sufficient sleep is essential for a comfortable travel experience. Conditions in the Tibetan areas are limited. Local conditions are limited, so you may need to bring your own toiletries, etc. Hot water may not be sufficient, so please be mentally prepared and do not measure by city hotel standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• In case of holidays or unexpected traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. As the itinerary ends late on the same day, it is recommended that you do not book trains or flights for the same day, so as not to delay your travel plans.
• The itinerary does not include meals; you can ask the driver for recommendations or prepare your own meals in advance.
• This is a group tour. There are no discounted or free tickets for group purchases, and no refunds will be issued if tourists withdraw from the tour midway due to personal reasons, abandon the tour, or if the scenic area cannot be visited due to irresistible factors (such as rising water, road closures, etc.).
• By default, a twin room will be arranged for 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not allow for shared rooms. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase a "single room supplement": a single traveler will be arranged a private room; if 3 adults are traveling, you need to purchase 3 adult tickets and 1 "single room supplement", which will arrange two rooms for you.
• Yunnan is home to many ethnic minorities, and each ethnic group has unique customs and folk traditions. Please respect the local customs and traditions as a distinguished guest, so as to avoid unnecessary conflicts or disputes with locals that could affect your trip.
• Gifts/food/items, etc., that are not used are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children: Ages 3-9 years old and under 1.2M in height. Children's fees only include seat fees and driver service fees; they do not occupy a bed, do not include tickets or complimentary items, and other expenses are at your own discretion (it is recommended that children be at least 6 years old to participate in high-altitude areas).
• Children 120 cm (inclusive) or taller are charged the same as adults.
• Children over 9 years old are the same price as adults.
• In plateau areas, individuals aged 65 and above must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old who pays for their travel. They must sign a "Health Agreement" and a "Waiver of Liability." The waiver must include the individual's signature, the signature and fingerprint of a direct relative of normal age (20-60 years old), and they must declare their health condition to the travel agency and purchase accident insurance.
