Experience: Getting brunch at this restaurant for this price is an amazing value! Both the food quality and the service staff's standards are outstanding! The appetizers and salads are very fresh, and the lamb chops and pan-fried fish for the main course are very tender. There are many dessert options, I will definitely come back again! 👍🏿

While a window seat isn't guaranteed, the fact that one was arranged is commendable. The service was present, but none of the waitstaff smiled. Is it due to excessive pressure or just a formulaic approach? As for the food, only the main course stood out. Everything else was rather unremarkable. The beef tartare was bland, the black truffle scrambled eggs lacked flavor, and the caviar had no freshness or saltiness. Honestly, don't go in with high expectations; the quality truly isn't what it used to be. I'm disappointed!

The cuisine is comparable to that of the Royal Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, but with the added luxury of caviar, elevating it to a higher level. The king crab was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the desserts were also excellent.
