Yufuin Local Night View and Starlight Tour

The starlit sky over Yufuin at nightfall is a perfect work of art in itself. Surrounded by a sky filled with stars that seem to pour down upon you, the purest emotions of childhood seem to return to your heart. Especially when the Milky Way is clearly visible before your eyes, the impact is so powerful that you forget to breathe. This is a precious gift from nature that you can never see in the city. Because of this experience, I will deeply treasure this unforgettable night in Yufuin in my heart. 🌌✨

This was the most memorable part of my Yufuin trip! The stars felt like they were going to pour down from the sky, it was mesmerizing, and the guide's explanations were so fun. Highly recommend. Even looking at the pictures now gives me goosebumps. Best picture of my life!!!

At first, I was a little scared because we were going up such a deep mountain, but the night view from the nameless mountain was amazing. Even though it was winter, I was lucky enough to see a lot of stars. The guide used a constellation app to tell us about them, and they were very proactive in taking pictures, so I was very satisfied with the tour.

I thought I wouldn't be able to see many stars because of the clouds, but I could see them so well, which was amazing. The guide was so kind and spoke Korean so well, I thought they were Korean! 🤗 I would have been so disappointed if I hadn't done the Starlight Tour.

It was a short tour, but a perfect stargazing experience. I think I had one of the most moving moments of my life. From now on, when I think of Yufuin, I will immediately think of this stargazing tour.

It didn't rain in the evening. I started waiting at the station at 20:45, and along with 6 other travelers, we waited until 21:20 without seeing the tour guide. I used the contact number provided by Klook and found the tour guide on WhatsApp, who said the activity was canceled due to bad weather! Why didn't you notify us before the waiting time started? In the past, when I participated in local tours, the tour guide would directly contact the travelers. This time, if we didn't contact him... we would have just waited there blankly... completely wasting our precious vacation. I even took photos of the stars in the sky at the station. I don't understand why the tour guide said the weather was bad, it's simply unbelievable. Please follow up and explain this! Our group and another group we met at the pickup location were shivering in the cold, waiting endlessly for the pickup vehicle. However, no matter how long we waited, the vehicle never arrived, and we received no communication whatsoever. By chance, we encountered an employee of the travel agency (from a different department), who informed us that the tour was canceled due to snow accumulation at the observatory. Shouldn't the bookers have been contacted first when the schedule was canceled???!!! According to that employee, they had already requested cancellation and refund from Agoda and Klook. Despite this, I don't understand why customers weren't contacted. There was even a young child in the other group... How will you compensate us for waiting in the strong wind and cold, shivering?? What about the time, energy, health, and stress issues?? When I checked, the reservation cancellation hadn't even been processed and it was still showing as confirmed, so I personally contacted Klook customer service to get a refund.

The activity was canceled due to good weather conditions without any prior notice. Three groups of participants waited at the meeting point for 40 minutes before finding the tour guide, who said it was canceled due to weather problems😡. However, the sky was so clear that you could see stars from Yufuin Station. Is this Klook tour asking customers to pay, then just look up at the sky at the station themselves?😤
