Travel during peak seasons in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th) is prone to traffic congestion, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. We recommend not booking dinner, flights, or Shinkansen in advance, and bringing snacks and portable chargers. • We will contact you by email before 18:00 (6:00 PM) the day before your trip to inform you of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check your email in a timely manner. During peak season, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, please be sure to check your email for notifications.
• Due to Japanese law, the vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. The tour guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual situation of the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note: As this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling in the same vehicle as you. Thank you for your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please be sure to confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making temporary changes. If you fail to board the bus due to personal reasons for changing the meeting point, we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a carpool tour, seat allocation is mainly based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to have your understanding and tolerance, thank you for your consideration.
• In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some projects and performances.
• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce attractions in the itinerary after consulting with the guests and obtaining their consent.
• We will arrange different types of vehicles according to the actual number of people traveling. We cannot specify the type of vehicle.
• In group tours, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. Tourists leaving the group may be responsible for any accidents that occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering periods, light-ups, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. If the flowering period or special activities cannot meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accident or unforeseen factors. Thank you
