The guide showed up with 30mins late. Then he asked for the museum staff for where to go for the ticket and he seems no idea about where to walk and looks for the art pieces. So, i asked him about today's run down and he final told me this is only his second visit to this museum and he has no idea about all art pieces as well. I don't know what to do. So i decided to send him back after 5min. This is not what i wanna get from this trip and he definitely not the guide for this place. My I get a refund?

please note that there is no guided tour allowed inside the Louvre. these so called guides give you instructions outside the Louvre..don't take these tours & pay extra. service provider: Aashish Mahesh +971 50 953 7299 & guide Shiraz +971555042786 are not helpful - use the services from the louvre directory. @klook please don't offer these services & refund my money
