What to expect

・You can come empty-handed. ・The kimono rental & hairstyling plan includes everything you need to wear a kimono: such as hair accessories, hairstyling, tabi socks, etc. ・An extra fee will be charged for large luggage such as suitcases. ・Hairstyling and hair ornamentation services are not available for men.
【Duration】 From reception to changing clothes, hairstyling, and departure, it usually takes 45 to 70 minutes. The time required varies depending on the time you choose your kimono and the season.
【Return Time】 Regardless of when you make your reservation, the final return time is 17:30. Please note that an extension fee will be charged if the return time is exceeded.
【Hairstyling】 Rika Kimono’s hairstyling menu features 5 styles. We offer a variety of popular hairstyles, from trendy ponytails to classic updos. We also have bobs and short hair options, so even those with short hair can enjoy hairstyling. We do not provide hairstyling services for men.

・Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. ・Some shops may not have bathroom facilities. Please come prepared. ・Only service users are permitted to enter the shop. ・If you are late, we will prioritize other passengers who arrive on time, so your departure time may be delayed. Please be aware of this. ・You can add other options at the shop on the day of your appointment. Please notify the front desk upon arrival.
