[ICN/GMP - Seoul] Luggage Delivery & Storage Service | T-PASS

I recently used the T-PASS product through Klook, and it was a really useful experience for me as an office worker. I left my luggage at a locker at a subway station near my commute, and a passcode was issued every time I used it, so I could store it safely. After work, I went straight to Incheon Airport, and I could easily pick up my luggage at the T1 departure gate with the QR code I received when making the reservation, which was really convenient. I could freely change my reservation up to 3 days in advance, so I could respond flexibly when my schedule changed, and since I was traveling without luggage, I felt much lighter both physically and mentally before the trip. I used the same service when I returned home, and I was able to leave my luggage at Incheon Airport and conveniently pick it up at a locker at a subway station near my house. I was especially reassured because I could check online in real time where my luggage was and when it arrived, and the entire process was very convenient. This is a service I definitely recommend to office workers or people who travel with a lot of luggage.

Terrible! Just book direct from the store instead of using Klook. I want to give 0 star if I can. First, I had trouble to do online reservation. Klook CS given wrong advice and not truthful in revealing the T&C. Pretty sure they updated the app after my complaint & they did not admit it. Second, when I dropped my luggage at the airport, the luggage was sent to the locker. I was given 1 card with QR code to collect the luggage later. The locker, however, needs password & the QR didn’t work. Luckily, there were 2 Korean ladies helping out to call T-luggage directly & get the password from them. If you book directly with them, you can use their app to get the password. Third, when I want to drop my luggage at Seoul Station (for 5-day storage, part of the package), the staff that attended me mentioned about the charges and when I told her the booking was paid, she was puzzled. I had to show her amount paid, converted to KRW, only then she allowed me to store my luggage without being charged. It took quite a while to resolve this since the staff needs to check & confirm the arrangement. I have one more luggage delivery service yet to be used & hopefully no more bad experience. Conclusion, just book direct from T-luggage if you are not familiar with how things work, and Klook staffs that attended to my case and whoever is in charged of this booking, need to be reprimanded. You fail both sides, customer is not happy & your seller was not aware of the package that you offered here. I have been a loyal Klook customer since 2018 and this is the first time I have to deal with all these craps

《The guests Twice and Hanroro who made me miss the concert》The thing is, I originally made an appointment with T-Pass to send my luggage to Hongdae, but when I arrived at Hanjin, the person at the counter told me that this was not T-Pass or T-luggage, and he didn't know where it was. This was Hanjin. I wandered around for a long time and came back and found that it should be here, so I asked the person at another counter. He felt that he would help me deal with it, and he also checked my order. It took him half an hour to tell me that the car had left. In the middle, I reminded him that the time was about to exceed. In the end, they said they would cancel the refund. My entire trip was delayed for two hours, and I dragged my luggage to the city to store it. In the end, Klook's handling was even more disappointing. They insisted on not refunding and said that I had to provide the name or photo of the counter staff. In the end, the customer service ignored me directly, and I had no way to seek help. This is much more expensive than other mailings to hotels, and the service is so bad!

I was not able to use this voucher for baggage storage at Incheon airport, even though the storage company is listed in the confirmation PDF. Had to pay again. Do not recommend booking via Klook.

T luggage did not accept the coupon. i had to pay again. Hopefully I get refunded.l because it looks like I paid more than double.
