Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Those over 55 must undergo a physical examination at a hospital to ensure good health;
• [Group Formation Description] A minimum of 2 people to form a group, with a Chinese/English/Bilingual (Chinese-English) guide throughout the trip, and a maximum of 10 people per team;
• [Departure Notice] Our agency will provide two notifications regarding departure matters before the trip;
• The first notification will be sent 1-3 days before departure by our customer service, including information such as the name, time, address, and phone number of the Chengdu gathering hotel, and a reminder of the equipment needed by the team members. Please keep your phone accessible; upon arrival at the gathering hotel, team members should check in by stating "Great Beauty G318 + Name". The room fee has been paid, and team members will pay the deposit themselves. For team members sharing a room, staff will exchange their phone numbers;
• The second notification will be sent by the tour guide of this group before 21:00 on the gathering day (Day 1), including the guide's name, contact number, departure time for Day 2 of the itinerary, vehicle license plate number, and relevant注意事项 (precautions). If no notification is received by 21:00, please contact your customer service promptly for confirmation.

Special Reminder:

1. Water and electricity supply in the Tibetan area is insufficient, and occasional power and water outages may occur. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlight. The shower water temperature may be unstable, or water may stop during showering, so shower quickly. It is best to shower after fully adapting to the Tibetan area.
2. From April to June each year, wear winter clothes. A three-piece set is best (warm, sweat-wicking base layer + fleece jacket + shell jacket + quick-drying pants). From July to September, wear spring/autumn clothes and prepare winter clothes. In October, wear winter clothes.

Must-read for Registration:

1. Regarding registration: Individuals with infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, patients in the recovery period of major or medium-sized surgeries, those with mobility impairments, pregnant women, and others unsuitable for travel, please do not register. Those registering on behalf of others should also verify the physical condition of the person they are registering for. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of others conceals their physical condition, they will be responsible for the consequences.
2. Regarding accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for team members. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared mentally. The Sichuan-Tibet line is located in a high-altitude mountainous area with limited infrastructure. Most hotels along the route are not star-rated, and the accommodation conditions and service levels are not as good as city hotels. We ask for your understanding and reasonable expectations. Team members who are particularly concerned about cleanliness can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. Regarding seating: The first seat on the left is for the driver, the first seat on the right is for the guide, and the others are ordinary seats. Please choose your seat after boarding. For long-distance travel in high-altitude areas, team members should be considerate of each other.
4. Force Majeure: (1) If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the itinerary changes due to irresistible factors (such as landslides, mudslides, damaged roads/bridges, flight delays, national policies, wars, epidemics, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), our agency will not bear relevant compensation; (2) Any additional travel expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the team members; (3) For reduced or ungenerated expenses, our company will refund the team members truthfully.
