Originally, I was looking forward to visiting the Colosseum, but I was informed a few days before departure that tickets couldn't be issued, so I could only view it from above. However, the tour guide I encountered was very interesting and experienced.
I was expecting more time in the Colosseum, but the majority of this tour is not the Colosseum. Note that this tour allows you onto the Colosseum floor, but ONLY the floor, you do not get to go anywhere else in the Colosseum, which was not clear to me when I booked it. The guide, Marco, was great.
