tour organiser is very helpful to send through us the tickets as we were a bit late to the office. no queing required which is a bonus. English is fine for me, but there's no language support for my friend.

Great experience. Was a little nervous about the description that it might have been some AI/VR experience, but can confirm they definitely provide tickets to enter the Colosseum, and also Colosseum World. Amazing day out with family, and so glad we visited these amazing ruins.

Although I'd recommend getting the one that includes the top and bottom levels, this one is also good! Also, the fact that it includes the movie and tickets to other places makes it worth it! You can rewatch the movie endlessly 😂

The Colosseum was a magnificent experience. The entry process itself was seamless (remember to bring ID—I had to identify myself with my passport). A huge bonus with the ticket I chose was that it also included access to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. If you’re going to see the Colosseum, you absolutely cannot skip these parts!
The Roman Forum: Walking through what was once the heart of the Roman Empire, with all its temples and triumphal arches, felt like walking through a living museum.
Palatine Hill: From here, I got a breathtaking view of the entire city and the impressive ruins of the emperors' palaces. This is also where the story of Romulus and Remus began, which gives the site an extra mystical atmosphere.

Service: The ticket redemption location is very close to the Colosseum, which is very convenient. The travel agency staff provided clear instructions, and it was great that I could call him if I didn't understand anything!

We missed our visit due to a schedule conflict and were unable to get a refund. I strongly advise against buying tickets on Klook. Buying them directly on site is much cheaper and less likely to encounter traffic.

You can save time queuing to buy tickets and enter the Colosseum, but first you need to find the service staff holding a black flag next to the Arc de Triomphe (as shown in the photo) to get a ticket to enter the Colosseum; in addition, the scenery of the ancient Roman Forum on the top of Palatine Hill is also very beautiful.
