Kamikochi is one of Japan’s most scenic mountain destinations, located at an altitude of about 1,500m. Visited by about 1.2 million people every year, this area is known for its majestic views of the Hotaka mountain range and beautiful waterside scenery such as Taisho Pond and Myojin Pond, and you can feel the changes in nature with the seasons.

At Iwatake Mountain Resort, you can enjoy the view from an altitude of 1,289m from the mountaintop terrace ``HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR'', which offers a spectacular view of the Northern Alps.

Nezuko no Mori has a trekking course that takes about an hour and a half to go around. Enjoy a leisurely trek through the forest space where soft sunlight filters through the trees, feeling plenty of negative ions.
