What to expect
Coco Flower has a unique position, hidding deep in the heart of the Bay Mau coconut forest in Hoi An. Once guests get here, they are surprised by the vast number of nipa palm trees and the low-roofed houses made entirely of nipa palm leaves and bamboo panels. More interestingly, rowing basket boats on the canals, the visitors will enjoy the fresh nature. Below are schools of fish swimming freely, above the bamboo groves, stork nests, and groups of boats sailing out to sea in the distance, hoping that one day there will be a good harvest of fish. In addition, the guest can also enjoy fresh products from the brackish water downstream of Thu Bon River and Cu Lao Cham island, such as fish, shrimp, squid, etc.

We had a fantastic experience! The location is great, although the Grab pin needs updating—it pointed us to a spot across the road. Luckily, it was easy enough to cross over. The venue is new, clean, and beautifully set up with multiple cooking stations. We prepared two dishes ourselves, and the staff brought out everything else on the menu. The portions were incredibly generous and far more than enough for the three of us.
This is a new itinerary on the look. The auntie on the coconut boat is very kind, but it is more like an ecological tour. It is very quiet and peaceful 😂 It is suitable for people who don’t like noisy people! You can choose to take the boat first or take the boat later. The cooking class is very interesting. You can make hand-made fried spring rolls and pan-fried barbecue, and the chef teacher will also help take photos!
We started with the coconut boat ride that included a little crab fishing and the tiktok viral boat rocking thing which was fun. We ended up being the only ones booked for the afternoon cooking class and our instructor was very nice. After the cooking class, we basically had the restaurant to ourselves to peacefully enjoy a whole meal prepared for us next to two dishes we made ourselves. It ended up being the best meal of our trip. The staff was all very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
