- Crosstown charter services are only offered to and from cities that are not in the same area group, but with an addtional fees (e.g Areas A to Areas B or Areas A to Areas D)
- Please note: The Central Mountain Range stretches from the north of Taiwan to the south, bisecting western (Areas A, B, C, D,F) and eastern (Areas G, H, I) areas. Due to this, crossing from west to east and vice versa will not be available for crosstown charter services
- Places not covered under the service: Lishan, Fushoushan, Hehuanshan, and Aowanda National Forest Recreation Area
- You will be notified of driver's information via email a day prior to your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event you do not receive the notification
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-3 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

This trip is mainly to Yilan Taiping Mountain. The driver Xiao Gao is very caring, knowing that there are not many food choices on the mountain, so he helps prepare Chinese food in advance. Back in the city, I took us everywhere to buy authentic Yilan specialty products, which were very delicious. Very happy day trip.

Driver was punctual and drove safely, making it a comfortable 8 hour ride. We were picked up from Chiayi and dropped off at our accommodation slightly off Fenqihu. The only improvement was if he could suggest areas for sightseeing and occasionally stopping at scenic areas to snap photos. Overall satisfied with the service provided.

The Taiwanese man in charge of the itinerary was polite and had a good driving attitude. Although the weather was bad and it rained along the way up the mountain, the technical integrity made us feel at ease.
We chose Yilan to visit the Lanyang Museum, Yinong Ranch and the National Traditional Art Center. There are not many attractions to visit because of children, but I have stayed in each attraction for a long time. The tour guide is very patient to introduce each attraction, and will advise and adjust according to the requirements of our place. If you go to Taiwan next time, you will book another chartered car tour.
