About the Service
- Arrival: Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will result in canceled reservations with no refund.
Clothing & Accessories:
- Wear appropriate outfits based on the package (dark clothing for passport photos, creative options for profile/couple shoots).
- Glasses without lenses and clear contact lenses are acceptable. Avoid accessories for a clean look.
Makeup & Wardrobe:
- Optional K-Style Makeup services are available for both male and female customers. Please book this add-on in advance.
- Complimentary dress options are available for Premium and Couple packages.
- For the Hanbok Profile package, customers will first visit our partner shop in Myeongdong to select their Hanbok. Please allow approximately 20 minutes for selection and an additional 5–10 minutes to walk to the studio for your shoot.
Retouching & Original Files:
- Selected photos for retouching cannot be changed once editing starts.
- Additional retouching is available on-site for 30,000 KRW per photo.
- Original, unedited files are not available for purchase (except for Couple packages).
- Delivery Times: Same-day delivery for prints and JPG files.
- Booking Notes: Include your preferred session time when booking. If unavailable, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
