What to expect
Get hands on and learn authentic French baking techniques from an expert baker during this small-group insider experience (max 8 guests). At either two traditional Parisian bakeries — you’ll get hands-on experience preparing bread and croissant dough, learn fascinating facts about iconic French pastries, and gain the know-how to differentiate one baguette from another.
You’ll even learn the difference between bread flours, yeast and sourdough, how to laminate dough, and baguette-shaping techniques. And of course there will be tastings along the way to understand how flavor influences what you create.
Never thought you could make your own bread or properly puff croissant dough? Prepare to be amazed by what you learn!

Great experience being in a busy working bakery and one of my highlights in Paris. Our guide, Jess was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed some treats and coffee, learned about the art of baguette making, rolled croissants and made decadent financiers. Plus, we got to take with us some of our treats. Fun time.
Miss Priya carefully explained the production process, and in addition to the production method, she also explained the historical story, which was a very good experience.
Four of us booked a baking class, but the staff member was 40 minutes late. We then negotiated a refund with the owner. The problem is that the owner promised a refund, but it took over a week to process, and we had to communicate multiple times during that period to arrange it! The experience was extremely poor!
