this tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

From the start of the trip, I was so surprised to see that our tour guide, Kang Chun-hwa, spoke three languages. She only told us exactly what we needed to know and let us rest when we wanted to, which I really appreciated. If I go to Fukuoka again, I'd love to travel with Kang Chun-hwa. The Sea Hell and Cauldron Hell were short, but perfect for visiting with a child. What's more, the zoo was surprisingly huge, and I was so satisfied to see the giraffes, tigers, and lions I wanted to see. Yufuin Village felt familiar since I'd been there before, but it was a shame it rained. It was my first time visiting Lake Kinrin, and it's a great spot for taking photos. Kang Chun-hwa, please stay healthy!

I highly recommend this tour; it's suitable for both adults and children. The itinerary is excellent and makes good use of time. As someone who always travels independently, my biggest concern with group tours is being pressured into shopping. Our tour guide, Zhu Zhu, made everyone feel very comfortable throughout the trip. Her humor helped us learn about the surroundings, and she was very thoughtful. She paid attention to what interested the group, allowing more time for those activities and less for others, which made the experience enjoyable for everyone. Of course, she also recommended places worth visiting and restaurants worth trying, and most importantly, she shared what wasn't worth spending money on. You could really feel Zhu Zhu's sincerity. I highly recommend Zhu Zhu as a guide and hope she leads every tour I join in the future (a personal wish!). Overall, this tour was fantastic and I loved it! We had a great time and enjoyed our purchases too.

From May 20th to 24th, we took a 5-day family trip to Fukuoka. It was originally a sisters' trip, but my two sons insisted on coming along, so it unexpectedly became a large family trip with a total of seven people. The highlight of this trip was the Yufuin ryokan experience, so visiting Yufuin was the primary goal of our tour. We had booked a tour with another travel agency early, but just seven days before our scheduled departure, we were informed that the tour couldn't be confirmed. We then hastily found this tour. We went without much prior information, and we were truly amazed by the grandeur of the safari park, which was enormous in scale, and we were incredibly impressed by the animal and facility management. Being able to see things from a high vantage point on the bus was also a big advantage. We were worried about the rain forecast throughout the trip, but thanks to it, the weather was cool, and the animals seemed even more active. The subsequent Beppu tour was also very interesting. Thanks to our guide, Tak Yeon-ji, who adjusted our itinerary according to the weather, we were lucky enough to enjoy both the zoo and the Beppu hot springs. We are truly grateful to Guide Tak Yeon-ji for helping us capture many family photos during the trip. Although the Yufuin train is romantic, with a large family, it was much more practical to leave our luggage on the bus and have such a well-planned itinerary. As the one who organized this entire trip, I received many compliments. Thank you so much, Guide Tak Yeon-ji. Our adorable and responsible tour guide explained everything thoroughly and even helped us take photos. We're truly grateful to our guide, who thoughtfully assisted us with our small wish list. This appreciation continues. The itinerary was well-planned, and the local specialties at Beppu Hells are a must-try! We unexpectedly discovered some delicious food, especially the pudding, which was incredibly tasty. It was our first time experiencing a safari-style tour in a large bus, where the animals watched us, and the great weather made it even better. I read online that it's the largest zoo in Japan, and driving through it was truly eye-opening. It's definitely worth a visit. While group tours involve following a schedule, if you drive yourself, you could easily spend over 4 hours soaking in the experience. There's still so much more to explore and many small animals to interact with. Yufuin was also great for shopping and sightseeing. We tried all the food recommended by our guide, which are also unique local delicacies that you must try!

Dear kind guide, Lee Hyang-yong, thanks to you, we not only had an enjoyable trip but also made wonderful memories. When I booked through Klook, I only hoped it wouldn't rain, but when we departed from Hakata Station and you started guiding us in Korean, I felt such a sense of relief and comfort. This bus tour is perfect for a fulfilling day trip, covering the intermittent hot springs of Beppu, African Safari, and Yufuin Kinrinko Lake in Fukuoka, allowing you to travel comfortably and affordably to and from Hakata. The price was great, and traveling by bus meant no driver fatigue, making it a very satisfying trip. 😄😁 Additionally, this was our first time in Japan as a family of three (my husband, son, and I), and when we had an issue with lost property, your proactive help in resolving it truly touched us. I want to express my gratitude, which words in a review cannot fully convey. (End of my genuine, self-funded review)

I went with my two children, aged 4 and 6 (international age). Our guide, Lee Hyang-yong (a woman), was excellent. She spoke Korean, Chinese, and Japanese fluently, provided many explanations, and made the tour very enjoyable. We visited two 'hell' hot springs, and after the kids dipped their feet and ate ice cream, time flew by so quickly that we almost missed our bus, haha. When we went to Lake Kinrin in Yufuin, it started raining, which was a bit chaotic... Getting wet made us cold and tired, but since we traveled comfortably by car, I was happy. Thank you, guide! (The guide was wearing a mask, so her whole face isn't visible, haha.)

Guide 'Jjujju's' trilingual skills (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) are truly at a perfect native speaker level. This was the first overseas trip for my high school classmates who have turned 40. We still had some childlike innocence left, so we booked the tour because we really wanted to go to the safari. The atmosphere of the serene Yufuin, which was the first course, was so nice, and the safari, which was the next course, was more enchanting than expected, and the last hot spring course was perfect. The explanation and guidance throughout the tour were perfect, with nothing missing. The driver also felt like a veteran. We had such a good time that we regretted the time passing, and it was a tour that I would definitely recommend to others. Next time, I will definitely come back with my family (especially with my parents, it would be the best for a filial piety trip). I think we also met good people on the tour, and since we were a group of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English speakers, we were assigned two guides, both of whom were really the best. In particular, our Korean guide, 'Jjujju,' worked so hard and was so grateful for taking care of us immature people. It was my first Fukuoka trip, and I am grateful for making good memories. Robin our tour guide was young and cool. He advised us on where to eat and the best food to try per area. He even gave us notes on where to buy Japanese souvenirs at cheaper prices. He is so thoughtful. The tours were very good as well. They are enough to experience the nature and outdoors of Fukuoka. It was indeed a full fun day!

Lee Hyang-yong is the best guide! I was so satisfied with the day tour because she explained everything well in Korean. She always had a smiling face and took care of all of us bus tourists. She worked so hard. I'd love to meet her again on another tour. Yufuin, African Safari, and Beppu Onsen were all so great. I think the Klook day tour is fantastic. It would have been too hard to figure out the transportation and travel on my own. Traveling with the Klook tour was so convenient and great.
