• To protect your rights, please ensure that your insurance information is filled out correctly. Incorrect information may result in the inability to claim compensation.
• Room types will be arranged as a double room (one large bed) or a quad room (two large beds) according to the number of people booked. If you have any other special requests, please note them in the remarks column, and the supplier will assist with arrangements as much as possible.
• This itinerary only includes one hotel breakfast; all other meals are at your own expense. Please bring sufficient funds for meals or other personal expenses. Recommended amount: NT$3,000 per person.
• Ordering instructions: Since the calculation is based on the number of rooms, if the number of people reaches the booking limit, please place another order and provide the order number in the remarks field. We will try our best to arrange for you to travel in the same vehicle.
• Smoking is prohibited in some areas of national parks, national nature parks, scenic areas, forest recreation areas, and nature education parks, as well as in parks, green spaces, and hotels, except for designated smoking areas. If no smoking area is provided, the entire premises are non-smoking.
• If you have any other special requests, please note them in the remarks column. Thank you.
• The supplier will send detailed itinerary instructions and vehicle information via email before 18:00 on the day prior to departure. Please note that emails may sometimes be mistakenly classified as spam.
• Please help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior during your trip. If the vehicle is severely soiled or equipment is damaged, the driver will charge a fee based on the actual cleaning and repair needs. Please pay the driver directly at that time. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are traveling with companions who booked separately, please provide their order numbers in the remarks when placing your order. The supplier will do their best to arrange for you to ride in the same vehicle. Due to the busy nature of the meeting point, temporary vehicle changes will not be accommodated.
• According to Taiwanese law, children aged 0-4 or under 18 kg must use a child safety seat, with an additional charge of TWD 300 per seat. Please specify the required quantity when booking so that preparations can be made in advance. The vehicle also has space for strollers. (If traveling by bus on the day, no additional fees are required.)

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 14 day(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 14 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity
