value for money. we stayed at this hotel and it's our best dinner option. service okay, could be better if they provide wet tissues (after eating crabs and shrimps).

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The facilities are still very new and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The hotel also has a bathtub, which is perfect for families with young children.

It's easy to take a taxi from Shenzhen Bay to the hotel. Once off the highway, it only takes about twenty minutes. However, you'll need a taxi to go out as there are no shopping malls nearby. There were outside guests using the pool, I'm not sure where they were from. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent.

The hotel rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. Check-in is quick and efficient, without long waits. The package deal including breakfast and dinner is very convenient.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, requiring taxis for transportation. The lobby and room decor and cleanliness are all very good. The dining is average; don't have high expectations.
