Quite difficult to secure a treatnent slot, especially for more than 2 persons.. Our preferred date was not available. So, need to go back & forth with Klook as middleman to confirm the actual appointment schedule. Really not a good experience setting up an appointment with the spa centre but Klook told us this will be automated with the provider directly in the future. The spa is at the basement level. We were provided with ginseng tea before the start of the session. Experienced therapist & relaxing spa aromatherapy environmen. Although the session can be quite pricey, it was indeed close to 2 hrs of enjoyable Ultimate S Journey with Sulwahsoo hospitality!

Wonderful relaxing spa. Service was great! They do their best to communicate with you if you don’t speak Korean and I found it was plenty enough to get by and provide a high quality service My skin was so rejuvenated after week long of travel fatigue. They go through all the products they used on you at the end - and you have a tea to sip on while doing so Make sure to use the Klook 5% off and they do a tax refund receipt for you to claim tax when you depart from the airport. (It’s cheaper than duty free at the airport)

Wow! Most phenomenal spa experience I’ve ever had in my life! My skin was so rejuvenated and full of life. I’ve never looked better 😍 Must do experience for facials and massage 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Staff was very helpful and kind ❤️

I booked for the earliest possible time and it was quite quiet, which I appreciated. The music also made the mood relaxing and calm. They assisted me immediately and brought tea to drink before and after the treatment. My therapist was very helpful in describing the procedure (English speaking) and kept checking in during the procedure if the pressure was all right. At the end, they showed the sets people could purchase, not pushy about it but would explain which products would be most recommended based on the treatment/skin condition.

It is truly a luxury experience. The staff takes very good care of you. They are very kind and receptive even if you can't speak Korean. I highly recommend if you can afford to experience the spa to take advantage of doing so. I really loved the scalp massage.

Finally, I went to Sulwhasoo Spa to relax. The environment was good. The treatment was normal because I used enough Sulwhasoo products to take care of the sun, but after I finished the snacks, I ignored them, and I do n’t know if I need to sign the formalities, introduce the product, and take me to try the product to make up my makeup (I was so happy, I could try the D cosmetics), and I walked away unconsciously ~ I was disappointed (I was so happy, but Finally, I am happy to have D 唔)
