The room was spacious, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk to the theme park and shopping mall. However, the hotel breakfast was quite ordinary. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel reception staff provided poor service. When booking, I selected a twin room, but upon arrival, before even checking, they said there were no twin rooms available. The PDF clearly stated that dinner was included, but the server initially said it wasn't. Then, they said they would make a reservation for us. However, when we went to the restaurant at dinner time, they said there was no reservation. My children were hungry, so I didn't want to argue further. After we went out to eat, half an hour later, they called and said dinner was available. We were already eating at another restaurant, and they still told us we could come back to eat before 9 PM. I don't know what kind of service that is. When we asked for an extra blanket, they gave us a large wool blanket, stating that all bedding was pre-arranged and the only extra blanket available was a large wool one.
