Amazing experience, this was so much phone. One thing to note is that staff will try to sell you a photo that they click of you. You dknt have to get it but dont be afraid to say NO.

We had a great time here with friends, enjoying the fun interactions and experiences. The location was quite easy to find, on an upper floor of a shopping mall. You just take the escalator up, exchange your voucher for a physical ticket, and you can enter directly.

Our Spanish-speaking guide was Katarina (I think…), a lovely woman who explained the history of the castle, some interesting facts, and some very useful tips for the visit. Highly recommended. The guides are easily distinguished by their blue umbrellas. They have the tickets, so there's no need to redeem them.
