The HANOI Foot and Body SPA City Hall Hotel President in Seoul

My husband and I really enjoyed our massages here. There was a language barrier between us and our massage therapists, but it made for a really funny experience that had us all laughing at times. The ladies were so nice and did a wonderful job! This was a very firm massage with deep pressure, and very thorough. We are considering booking another massage here before our trip ends. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, the receptionist and therapist were so friendly and helpful. FYI, "practice course" means dry massage with no oil; if you want an oil massage (unscented) choose the "aroma massage". I was told the foot bath cost extra, which I skipped, but may have been a miscommunication. The location is in the underground tunnel outside the hotel, not inside the Hotel President. Had a very refreshing massage! This was more for relaxation rather than therapeutic.

It is located in the Crystal Mall, which is connected to the underground passage and underground shopping mall, and is within walking distance from City Hall Station and Euljiro 1-gata Station, so it is easily accessible. The therapists only speak Korean, but they are very thorough in their treatments. The hot stone massage was perfect for the cold season and was very relaxing. The receptionist was able to speak English. Perhaps because of the location, the massage was more relaxed than in the Myeongdong area.

The store is not inside the hotel, but under the tunnel outside. Fortunately, it is not difficult to find. The environment is clean, comfortable and well decorated. The masseur was very friendly and tried his best to communicate with body movements even if he didn't understand the language. The massage gestures are also good. They pressed hard on my sore spots and also cared about the guest's physical condition. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.

The actual price differed from the price on this website by about 2500 yen, which I thought was a little high considering the fee. The massage was a little strong, just as the reviews said. I really liked that. The salon was also nice and clean. I was still concerned about the fee, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

The atmosphere is very good, but the front desk and the therapists are rushing to finish work, so the guests can't feel relaxed. On the contrary, they are extremely stressed.
