Fantastic
if it wasnt for a Japanese Staff Member at Osaka Station helping us we wouldn’t have made our train. He went above & beyond & ran us through the station & got us to our train with 30 seconds to spare.

Fantastic
We chose Osaka Station instead of Shin-Osaka because the train departed from a platform that was more convenient for us, and it was cheaper than taking the Shinkansen. A 15-minute trip or taking an extra half hour to save nearly 3,000 Yen for two people is definitely worth considering.

Fantastic
Comfortable and Worth Booking – Haruka Green Car Reserved Seats 🚆 Redeeming the Haruka tickets was hassle-free and easy! The redemption counter was conveniently located right beside the JR ticket sales counter, making it easy to find. The Green Car seats were comfortable, and having reserved seats made the journey much more relaxing. Just a small reminder: don’t expect extra amenities such as hot towels. Travel tip: If you want to be among the first to disembark and closer to the exit, try to reserve seats 10A, 10B or 10C. Overall, I have no regrets booking the Green Car reserved seats. It was a comfortable and worthwhile experience, especially for a relaxing journey from Kansai Airport to Kyoto. Highly recommended!
