We were very impressed with the standard of our room and other amenities. A good sized space, beautifully firm and comfortable bed (firm as you’d expect in Japan, but seriously that’s a good thing and your back will thank you) Tastefully decorated, simple and well designed to maximise space. Heating/AC was easy to operate and frankly it had everything you’d need. A little difficult to find space for your luggage, but I’m sure that’s not uncommon in Japan. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Great to have a Lawson mart just metres away, a fruit shop around the corner and the Kayabacho station entrance with lift only just across the road, which was a great introduction for us to the wonders of the Tokyo subway system. Seriously recommended and would unhesitatingly stay there again.

My second time at this hotel. This second time, I didn't opt for breakfast. The hotel location is very good for me, very near subway Kayabacho and has 2 lines that can easily connect to other stations. 3 convenience stores nearby, Family Mart downstairs and Lawson and 7-11 just by the corner.

Easy location for getting around Tokyo. quieter Business district. The hotel had us marked as a smoking room, even though I booked non-smoking on Klook, but the staff was understanding and kind, and fix it for us. Room was bigger than expected but still small, so I’d recommend top opening luggage instead of the ones that open like a book. Hotel provided pajamas, slippers, and various toiletries you can get from the front desk area. The laundry facility for simple to use and very clean; only complaint is you can’t choose the dryer heat or time, so I was worried about some of my more delicate clothing but everything came out just fine. Laundry operates with only coins. The hotel was very quiet and seemed like it had more business men staying there than anything else. Overall great stay and location for my Husband and I.

A well placed, clean, quiet hotel in a good location. It was perfectly placed two stations away from Tokyo Station and was a good clean spot for us to stay before we took the Shinkansen. Would recommend if you need a 1 night stop off but a bit small for a longer stay.

great place to stay! the room is spacious for us traveling with one kid with good price compare to others. near to metro stasiun and it's conjunct with family mart. there are laundry room and microwave in 8th floor. we'll stay again next time for next visit to Tokyo. thank you.
