the room was much bigger then expected ! surprisingly nice ! exactly what we needed for 2 days. they are super strict about checking in early but will hold your luggage for you.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to the station if you are taking the JR and bus. there are several convenient stores nearby so you could easily get something to drink and eat.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 3 mins walk straight from Sapporo JR station and 1 min walk from Sapporo metro exit. There was Lawson and 7-11 nearby. The environment inside the hotel room was new, clean and tidy. Microwave was also available on 9/F.

Hotel is a few steps away from the Saporro Subway station. There are convenience stores and malls nearby. Staff are very helpful. We were able to navigate Mt. Moiwa through their assistance. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet and bath are separate. Use of clothes press and microwave are available.

very excellent stay! ground floor has amenities including from toothbrushes to facial cleansing oil and even facial creams. Easy to self check in and there are staff to guide you too if needed. Lounge area at L2 has free flow coffee till 10pm and L9 has a microwave, ice machine, and vending machine. They clean your room every day for stays more than 2 nights. And the size was very decent for a room in Japan. Very very satisfied. Has electric kettle, hair dryer, fridge, a lamp and a desk as well. Most importantly, very strategic location just 4 minutes walk from Sapporo station (take the North Exit it is pretty much a straight walk)

There is a short cut from the station which involves a small flight of stairs. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and there is a self check in machine here. But the pillows provided were so hard, I don’t know how anyone can sleep with it. Breakfast was average in terms of taste and variety.

spacious for hotel in japan. we could open 2 luggages quite easily. amenities provided near reception with skincare from DHC, tea, coffee, razor, hair brush (sadly no shower cap). there's a construction beside the hotel so earplug was provided as amenities but we didnt hear any noisy construction during our stay so no earplug needed during our stay. Service is great.
