this is our second time to stay in this hotel. definitely love the location. very convenient. there is also an escalator nearby from the JR station which makes it easier to transfer your luggages. it’s really important to get to the underground as soon as possible as it’s quite cold in winter.

the hotel is conveniently located very near to sapporo station. the breakfast spread is varied and nice and the staff are helpful. we are a family of 4 and our room is spacious enough and the beddings are nice. we will surely stay here again!

Hotel is near JR sapporo. Exit at West Gate then north exit. In the exit, you will see faliky mart. Cross the street, 2nd corner, turn left. Hotel is ok, functionable. Our room is good for 3. not tight but not spacious. recommended to stay here.

We stayed in a quadruple room for 4 pax. The room is spacious and I like that the toilet, sinks and showering areas are all separated. Staff attitude can be more welcoming but overall, we enjoyed our stay here. I didn't take photos of the room itself but these are photos of food that I took in the room.
