Great

Good central location. Rooms small but comfortable. Make sure to use the Fasttrack check in as you need the Front Door Code & Room Code in advance which they send by Whatsapp. Nice Roof Terrace on the 4th floor, great to see the Cathedral at night.

Hotel Plaza is in an awesome location--super easy to walk just about anywhere in town! Our bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and we had a really cool, huge balcony. Our location didn't really have a view, but there were definitely some that did and if you happen to land one of those it would be extra awesome! Even though the hotel is in a central location, it was really quiet--they were actually doing REALLY loud construction on the street just below our balcony, and we literally didn't hear a thing and were able to sleep late every day! It's not the most luxurious spot, which is the tradeoff for it being really affordable, and for us as budget travelers, it's absolutely perfect! The staff were only on hand for a few hours each day, but were extremely helpful when they were there. Instead of a key, you're given a code to enter the hotel and another for your room, which is really handy--nothing to lose, and you can check in after hours easily! We did have to call ahead to get our codes sent via text, since we were checking in late, but it was still super easy! We called during their office hours on the same day as our check-in, I'm not sure whether calling after hours works, so might be best to plan on that if you're arriving late!

The room is small but fine. It is a little dated but the location is great. You can easily hear people talking in other rooms.

Room was compact and bijou and clean, Aircon was fab. I found the beds hard but I think that's common in Spain. Bathroom was very small and shower cubicle was tiny. Beds were made every day and clean towels provided (they were quite small though). Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash provided. Small hair dryer provided. TV with Spanish channels only. No means of making tea/coffee though. Overall room is fine for just putting your head down. Self check in via keypad to hotel and room, details are WhatsApped or emailed prior to stay. Small communal seating area on each floor with tables and powerpoints. Someone on reception for a few hours during the daytime. You can access the terrace on the top floor which has great views. Location is great for bars, restaurants, shops, sight seeing. Lots of authentic tapas bars nearby serving a great selection of tapas and drinks, very reasonably priced. Bars nearer the cathedral area more expensive. Eat and drink where the locals eat and you can't go wrong. Lots of shops nearby including supermarkets for water etc. I would stay here again due to location, right in the middle of the old town but within walking distance of all sightseeing opportunities.

A disgusting hotel. The rooms don't look like the photos, and the description doesn't match reality. There's no reception or staff. It's a completely run-down place where we didn't feel safe. The rooms smelled of chemicals. The window overlooked another room, so you could hear everything from the other rooms, as well as the noise from the air conditioners. It was impossible to sleep. But the worst thing was the owners' behavior. They simply didn't want to talk to you if you had any problems. I don't recommend anyone stay at this dump. Instead of two beds, you get one very small 120 x 190 cm bed. We went to another hotel, and the owner refused to communicate with us or give us a refund. We filed a complaint with the Arbitraje de Consumo. Avoid at all cost . Hotel.com does not help with a problems thats why is such a low raiting fro this web 1.8!!
