As we were more senior ( elderly?), we were given 2nd level - just a short flight of steps. It seems that the lift doesn't go to the higher floors? You will be given a pass code to enter your room. Accessible by walking to the Grand Place. There are many good and variety of restaurants; Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean are available. We like the Flemish restaurant : Estaminet La CH'TITE
