Convenient location, subway station is just around the corner. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe even at night. Room size is typical Tokyo hotel. We couldn’t wide open our luggage, as others already said. Staffs are very nice and helpful. We arrived early and left our luggages while enjoying Tokyo city the whole day. Once returned to hotel, our luggages were already in our rooms. Didn’t try breakfast but it looks nice with variety of dishes.

staff and service is very good, great location, and value for the money. however the cleanliness must be improve, there is a smell of smoke in the room and the shower curtain is very dirty. Still highly recommended.

The room might be small but it is clean and still can accommodate 4 people. The shower is cute too! The staffs are friendly and helpful as well. The location of the hotel, spot on. very near to Lawson, and 7-11. Near to some food places as well. Will come here again anytime soon!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3~5 minute walk from Shin-Okachimachi Station. Although Ueno Station is about a 15-minute walk, it’s still easily accessible on foot. 7Eleven, FamilyMart, and Sukiya are right around the corner.
