We really enjoyed our stay here! The highlight was definitely the service all the staff were super polite, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back! Also, their churros are a absolute must-try! Just a few constructive suggestions for room improvements: Bathroom: Adding a shower divider or curtain would really help keep the rest of the bathroom dry and providing extra bath mats near the doors would be a big plus. Lighting: The room lights felt a bit dim and limited, so adding brighter lighting options or extra lamps would make the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

The staff are friendly and helpful, they would always greet you and ask if you need anything. As for the room, it was cozy and huge. If there is a downside, I think it's the location of my room, which is opposite the road. If you can, book a room facing the mountain view. Nice stay overall.

The staff are very accomodating. The complimentary breakfast are delicious. The bed is cozy and the room is clean and beautifully arranged. The only thing we were looking for was Netflix on the TV. It would have been a nice addition.

Super thankful to Chalet Baguio for accommodating our request to reschedule our booking even though it was a non-refundable reservation. 🥹 We really appreciate their consideration and flexibility in helping us move our stay to a later date. We haven’t checked in yet (our stay is on the 25th), but so far, the booking experience and communication have been smooth and accommodating. Looking forward to our stay at Chalet Baguio! 🤍

Fantastic

Premier Double Room · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. Our room had an amazing vibe—it was spacious, luxurious, and well-equipped with a sofa bed, a reclining sofa, and a huge, comfortable bed. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I felt that the exhaust fan wasn't working properly, which may have caused the issue. Despite that, I really enjoyed my stay because the excellent service made up for it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
