the place is good, clean and the staffs are very friendly. would book again if ever i came back to the place

3pm for check in is not okay.

Great experience! Great location, spacious room, and superb service from all of the staff. Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is soooo worth it. Lots of selections and food was good. Only challenge was parking. While we were able to have parking during our visit (first come first serve) even when hotel was full, some of the parking spaces are challenging for newbie driver.

this is my 3rd visit at this hotel and still their hotel and servies doesn’t change still Superb very clean and neat !!! very worth it, the staffs were very professionals especially sa dining sa cafe nila they are so attentive and food there so delicious talaga 😋 and the breakfast buffet ugh! can’t help myself to eat alot alot ang sasarap ng foods and they are one call away sa mga requests. i will definitely give it 💯/10 and will refer to others as well. Thankyou Orchard till next time🤗

the staff is very attentive, specially when there was an earthquake you can see how prepared they are, king chef restaurant is just in the entrance which is one of my favorite chinese restaurant though the lady security guard at the parking area has an attitude and they werent able to assist their clients and guest properly in parking as my car was blocked by 3 cars so i wasnt able to go out but other than that i would still stay in this place

The staff were very accomodating. Breakfast was served plated instead of buffet-style but the serving size was generous. One of the best parts was enjoying our breakfast with a beatiful city view pf Baguio.

super loved this hotel. highly recommended

the facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, it was all worth it! we left our baggages after an early check out so we can still roam around baguio, they happily agreed and when we returned to get our stuff, they still treated us like the first time they catered us. they have been so consistent with their service. really grateful for the service. totally worth it!

i will recomend this hotel
