Stellar experience! All the other reviews don't lie. This is a quaint and well maintained hotel. The hotel staff do an excellent job at hosting and making the stay go seemless.

Fantastic

Queen Room, Non Smoking · 4 Adults · 5 Nights

Location was good. Lots of nearby Konbinis. It’s also pretty quiet. Staff were mostly Filipinos so it was easy to communicate. Plus, they were all so hospitable. They also provide free bread, banana and coffee every morning. If you’re riding the train from the airport, make sure to exit via the SOUTH exit to avoid the stairs. There’s also an elevator going down the street so no need to drag your luggages along the road. It’s a bit of a walk compared to the North Exit but you’ll be avoiding 2 flights of stairs.

The Barn Tokyo is wonderful! I was surprised by the size of the room. It appears new and is clean and tastefully furnished. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the room is good. The hotel is a short walk across a road from the train station, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There are shops and eateries around. I had wanted to come back again but they were booked during the days I had in mind.
