Hidden gem. Perfect if attending an event at the Liberty Warehouse. A continental breakfast is included. Rooms although on the small size have everything you need from blow dryer coffee fridge etc. Whole establishment very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

The best thing about the hotel is its location. For those who go on a cruise the location is the best - a short taxi ride or an easy 10-minute walk. We also greatly enjoyed our dinner at a small restaurant just around the corner. However, in the hotel itself we had quite a few problems. The coffee machine in our room was not working, and, when we told the receptionist about it, we were told that maintenance people would be available much later. The next morning it still wasn’t fixed. Another problem was the air conditioner. No matter how we changed the settings on it, it was blowing very cold air, and it was doing it very loudly. Didn’t have good night sleep because of it. The included breakfast is a paper bag with a few items which we would not choose ourselves. There was no juice or eggs or anything hot except for coffee. I would like to mention that one of the receptionists, Xavier, was very nice and helpful.

Advertised as a "boutique hotel," and defined as a small-capacity hotel providing personalized service and considered more trendy and intimate than regular hotels with ability to ensure that color, shape and textures work together. They may also have focus on nature, environment, cuisine, history, etc. Didn't find any of that here. First day of breakfast, there was hot water, but NO tea bags. Second day of breakfast, bagels, but no cream cheese. They did come with cream cheese on them, but it was always caked and cracked and dried; disgusting. A plastic container contained a half dozen or so very small pieces of fruit laying near the bottom. We asked for a wake up call; it wasn't received. We asked for a cab to be ordered one time; it was not done. They always had an excuse! We then set our own alarms and scheduled our own cabs. My leg was swollen; I asked for ice. I was told I'd find it in our freezer. Only empty trays. Another staff member said I was given wrong info. Not even a plastic cup in the bathroom! I had left my purse in a cab that dropped us off one night. VERY upset, I gave my name, room and phone number and STRESSED to the employee if the driver calls or shows up to contact me! I called the desk early next morning to inquire & the employee knew NOTHING about this! Later in the a.m. the driver called the hotel twice and was given an incorrect phone number for me, EVEN THOUGH I provided it! I did receive an unexpected email from hotel to call driver. Boutique?

Good
Staff were wonderful! The breakfast was a bag of goodies handed to you, not a buffet. That's OK but I got some items I don't eat so unfortunately it went to waste. The TV was odd. Many of the channels would not come in. The room was clean and noise was not a problem. The toilet kept sticking and you had to remember to jiggle the handle. Convenient to the cruise ship dock and restaurants were within walking distance.
