A little bit far from the station, but it's okay. Large room for a large group of people. But the service was not okay; there's an iPad to check in and check out. No one was at the lobby until you used the iPad; even the luggage storeroom was self-service, which made me feel there were too many steps to understand what I should do. Overall, not a great experience, but I was satisfied with the room, so it was fine for me.

Fantastic

Absolutely loved the place. Super accessible and walking distance to Naka-Okachimachi Station, Ueno Station, and Keisei Ueno Station. It’s also walking distance to Ameyoko Market Street where there are a lot of local food spots and unique Japan finds! There’s also 2 Family Marts nearby and the area is quiet and peaceful. IMPORTANT NOTE: The hotel is a self-service type of stay so you have to chat via Whatsapp or go down the lobby to call for staff or request for amenities. The place in itself however is quite a large space compared to others so we recommend it for families of 4 or more.

Great

Deluxe Room · 6 Adults · 3 Nights

I recently stayed at Min Ueno and had a positive experience. The hotel looks new and clean, with a spacious room that comfortably accommodated six adults, and could fit a couple more. Its location is a highlight, being near restaurants, Don Quijote, Ghu, and the train station. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing, which could use improvement. Thankfully, check-out was quick and efficient. Overall, Min Ueno is a great choice for a modern stay in a convenient area!
