Fantastic Excellent location, clean and stylish decor, not too pretentious, well maintained. very helpful and kind staff, wonderful breakfast. Amazing coffee!
My favorite part is that is just in front of Parque El Retiro. It’s a very safe area right in the heart of the city. Short walks to Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza Cibeles, Serrano, Goya, Recoletos, all areas where all great restaurants and nice boutiques are. I’ve stayed at Petite Palace Savoy Alfonso XII 3 times and it never gets old!

Fantastic The property was amazing starting off with the workers as they greet you, staff for any questions we may have had and the breakfast staff too. The location was perfect and right across the steeet from the park. The train station was maybe a 12-15 min walk down the street. The Metro station was only 10 mins away walking. The area felt safe for sure and Madrid was a beautiful city so this location made it that much more enjoyable. The room was perfect, and came with two balconies. Shower pressure was amazing and felt relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. There was an iron and board of needed and a mini bar which I didn’t use, but do recall it felt not too cold inside. The safe was a bit confusing and I couldn’t figure it out so didn’t use it. Rooms were made up perfectly daily and so fresh to come back to after a day in the city. Would def come back here and highly recommend.

Great Nice clean hotel & room.
Staff we're very helpful and always cheery.
Hotel location is perfect - just across the road from El Retiro Park which has wonderful open spaces, fountains, boating lake, cafes.
20mins walk to botanical gardens, Prada museum and train station.

Good There was damage to headboard of the bed. There wasn’t a secure drain cover of the shower. Although it was clean and the staff were very nice, with the damage in the room I can’t rate it 4 star.

FantasticStayed with family
The stay was great, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing since it is two blocks away from Puerta de Alcalá, but in a very quiet street, so close to everything but good to rest. Only problem was that I reported a noise in some other room, like water issue or something of that sort. Personnel said they would look at it, but apparently I was the only one hearing it. This unresolved issue wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I was staying for 7 nights!!!!!
