Very comfortable sleep

The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris. The hotel lobby was filthy and hot. Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks. The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently.

I booked this hotel expecting a proper 4‑star resort, but the experience was far below that standard. The reception area was extremely hot, with the main doors left wide open, which meant flies constantly entered the lobby. There were no staff present at reception for long periods, making check‑in and general assistance frustrating. Outside the room, there were many flies gathered near the door, and inside we found a spider web, which should never happen in a hotel claiming to be 4‑star. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly need serious improvement. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. There were flies landing on the food, and bugs around the dining area, making it very uncomfortable to eat there. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertised as a premium resort. Overall, this property feels much closer to a 2‑star rating, not the 4‑star standard it promotes. I would not recommend staying here until they address the hygiene, staffing, and maintenance issues.

Tout très bien, accueil, personnel, chambre etc et avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine à l'eau très bonne en cette période de chaleur.

Sweet reception team! Gym equipment all broken - its obvious since a long time as there was signage- plus aircon doesnt work in gym like a sauna. I went both days and it was not cleaned in between. No wifi two days. Key card system not working on day 1. Bathroom bin broken Iron not working. Dirty water refill bottle. Bags of rubbish in hallways until 10pm. No stairs (could not find them) to walk up and down the floor had to take super slow lift each time. On arrival without saying welcome or oh you must be tired after a 7 hour drive- i was just told hello and checkin is at 4. I mean okay fair enough i knew that already but just a small conversation or acknowledgment cant hurt right. I dont know- sorry to say but found it just poor. The three stars are literally for the reception team Oh, bring your own toilet paper as they only leave a 3rd of a roll in the bathroom. Body lotion was finished. , showershampoo pretty much empty and handsoap too. Just looks so cheap and honestly if you need to cut cost, dont skimp on the basics please. Just close that dark restaurant with a weird design from 1958 to save money and keep it only open for breakfast, thats how you save. Nice sushi place a across the road.

Room was basic, nothing special staff was nice

10min drive to Disneyland. That is the highlight. Otherwise is new and well maintained

The public toilets for the pool had urine on the floor and toilet seat and cobwebs and spiders. The bedroom once ready had leftover KFC in the room when we checked in. When we came back from a full day at Disney at approximately 10pm the room had not been cleaned and we were just given fresh towels when asked. The breakfast was bland and very basic and enhancement to cooking expertise needed. Tables were also not readily cleaned away even though the hotel was not busy. We sat outside in the beef restaurant and again the areas around the hotel full of cobwebs and dirty floors. A good location for Disney and but not maintained

Clean rooms nice staff ac was decent but was not cold called to let them know place was nice but
