the hotel is really not far away from Namba station, which is also close to KIX airport. The staff are awesome and patient during the stay, giving all the help possible during the stay. The room is quite large and clean and tidy, We really enjoy the stay there. The only thing I think it can be improved is the laundry room, as there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers.
