Staff excellent! They were kind and helpful! We stayed in carriage house #2 Breakfast was extremely limited even for free. We went elsewhere. Room was nice but needs more places to lay items ( ie tables etc) Shower is extremely small. Very awkward. Bathroom appears to be and add on. Lobby and library very nicely decorated. Hotel is right on the main drag and very convenient to all stores and restaurants

Beautiful and quirky hotel just steps away from wonderful food and drink. The staff is friendly and did a great job communicating with us as we planned our trip. I would definitely choose this property again.

One of the best parts of this visit was the greeter/receptionist--Deb. She was helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was simple. The hotel had charm and easy to walk to almost everything you'd want or need in Williams.

Charming historic hotel in the heart of Williams. Parking is easy and the staff is wonderful. Loved hanging out in the parlor and front lobby. Would absolutely come back next time we’re in Williams.
