Stayed with kids

We booked this place last minute because we ended up with a connection flight. When we got to the hotel late at night, they told us they did not have a room for us and said there was nothing they could do. We would have to work with Expedia because we should’ve booked directly with them instead of a third-party. After 20 minutes of sitting in the lobby, trying to get it sorted out with Expedia they came over and magically had a room for us! Didn’t acknowledge anything on their part. Expedia was wonderful and I believe it was because of them all of a sudden there was a room available!

For business

I’ve stayed at three of the other hotels on this island area near the airport and this was by far the best. Rooms were clean and quiet, the gym is spacious and open 24 hours, and they have Starbucks with à la carte breakfast options. Added bonus is the airport shuttle and friendly staff.
