Location and price were the factor after missing a flight from JFK. Arrived well before 3pm check-in but no means to store luggage. Town reminds me of those midwest, southern towns slowly dying out. Property is pretty used, and allows in-room smoking on the 2nd floor. Colors throughout are on the dark side - without bright lighting it feels gloomy.

Beware, this hotel is horrible. The customer service at the front desk is rude. The rooms on the second floor are disgusting. Smells horrible, the sheets are dirty, as well as the floors. The bathroom is moldy and dirty and the room door is broken. It looks completely different in the pictures. Five minutes after I checked in for my 4 day stay, I decided to check out. I spoke to the front desk person and he said no refunds. I understand I have to pay a part of it, but not all of it. This place is the worse, not safe at all. DO NOT BOOK THERE! I only gave one star, so I can write my review.

People screaming and talking loud, all night long. Doors banging, slamming till daylight. A crazy or drunk woman kept us up all night. Where was management? The shower didn't work and the handle fell off.

Hairs on the towels and pillows, food in the sink drain. Room smelled like cigarettes

This property was by far one of the most horrible and horrific places I have ever stayed in. The staff were not friendly. There were holes in the sheets the towels were dingy. I’m just very very disappointed 0/10 stars for me.

Nothing unique. The woman working morning shift.....I felt she was rude to customers that had an issue with their rooms. Not only rude but called the police on 2 different customers instead of trying to resolve their issues professionally. I don't think she should have any dealing with public. The night shift male was respectful, attentive and professional. My issue was the room I stayed in ....the door needs to be fixed....you have to use your shoulder to push door open and slam shut. Cleaning entered my room when I was absent and didn't shut my door back. When I arrived back to my room...door not properly closed. I explained to both night and morning front desk clerks that I do not want no one in my room for the rest of my stay. 30 mins later...cleaning staff attempted to enter my room. I feel as though the woman clerk at front desk needs to be reassigned a different position than dealing with public. Room doors needs to be fixed. Other than those two issues....my stay was okay. Again I'm very dissatisfied with your morning clerk. SHE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She needs to dealt with IMMEDIATELY

I expected more for the money
